RAD9 has won the Enterprise North Shore Business Excellence Distinction Award for Excellence in Marketing.
RAD9 was also a finalist in the hotly contested, Excellence in Service Delivery Award. This award was won by one of RAD9's customers, Icon Group.

RAD9 Computer Services has again been named amongst the leading businesses in Auckland's North Shore region by being nominated as a finalist in the 2008 Westpac Enterprise North Shore Business Excellence Awards.
RAD9 is a finalist in the categories of Excellence in Service Delivery and Excellence in Marketing. RAD9's New Zealand Director, Stu Lees, commented "We are absolutely thrilled to be a finalist again and, in particular, our team are proud to have their hard work in customer service being recognised".

RAD9 Qualifies as Microsoft Small Business Specialist

RAD9's lastest achievement was announced today as qualification for Microsoft Small Business Specialist was attained. As a registered Microsoft Partner and now, Microsoft Small Business Specialist, RAD9 was required to meet strong application criteria and technical qualifications.
Commenting on the latest milestone, RAD9's NZ Director, Stu Lees,"Having this prestigious designation is another fantastic step in the right direction for RAD9. We've worked hard to attain the qualifying points and to cement a closer affiliation to the worlds most successful software maker just makes sense."
Mr Lees also commented on the market relevance of the certification "RAD9's key market is small to medium businesses.  At the Hilton Auckland last Thursday evening, RAD9's New Zealand Director, Stuart Lees was announced the winner of the Sales & Marketing Institute of New Zealand's Entrepreneur Marketer of the Year.

For the last 3 years, RAD9 has had a strategy to enter into the ENS Business Excellence Awards annually. This strategy is aimed at supporting the continuous improvement of various aspects of the business. In 2006, RAD9 was awarded with a "Highly Commended" for an Excellence in Innovation entry.
In 2007, RAD9 entered into the Excellence in Marketing category and focussed on their highly successful online marketing and website marketing.
RAD9 has now been confirmed as a finalist.

RAD9's Innovative Approach Profiled in Business to Business

A new Auckland computer repair business is aiming to do for computer repair what McDonalds did for food.

RAD9 has systemised the business of computer repairs, which director Stuart Lees says allows the business to complete repairs on more than one computer simultaneously. The result is better prices for customers and a quicker, more efficient service.
"I looked at the fast food industry and that’s from where I worked out our system," explains Lees.

In an extremely competitive environment, RAD9 Computer Services has been highly commended in their award entry for the Excellence in Innovation category.
This was RAD9's first ever entry in the awards and New Zealand Director, Stu Lees, "is absolutely wrapped with the result!". He said from his Albany based offices, "For a first attempt, we are very happy with the achievement and will definitely be entering in the awards next year.".

RAD9 to Open in Brisbane[01/02/2006]
Following great success in the Auckland market, RAD9 Computer Services has announced that they will launch the 'RAD9 model' in Brisbane, Australia. The launch will be via the existing RADN Technology Solutions business in Brisbane run by RADN founder, Mr Stephen Needham.
