Not every computer issue requires a technical engineer to look at and you'd be suprised at the large number of issues that are fixed in a couple of minutes.

The team at RAD9 understand this and we've decided to put aside our free time to answer enquiries made on the Free Advice page of our website.

How Do I get Free Advice?

Simply go to our Enquiries page (click here) and put your details and question into the enquiry form. Your message will be sent to one of our many expert technical engineers and they will come back to as soon as possible.

Please be aware that the Free Advice service is done in our spare time and we usually try to get back to you within 48 hours.

If you have an urgent problem, why not call our helpdesk on 0800 RAD-911 (723-911) in Auckland or 07 3395 4420 in Brisbane and we'll arrange for either an engineer to come out to see you or for you to drop off your computer for repair*.

What's the catch?

There is no catch! We'll answer your question to the best of our abilities but do bear in mind that our team are only doing this in their spare time and have a limit of 10 minutes to spend on each enquiry.

Free advice is provided on our website only and not over the helpdesk phone. If your problem cannot be dealt with by giving you some information, our consultant's may recommend another service option for you.
