How Do RAD9 Drop-Off Computer Repairs Work?

It's too easy! Just call our helpdesk to arrange to drop off your computer's base unit (this is the box that your keyboard, mouse and monitor plugs into) at our service centre.

We start working on the system immediately and will call you when it is ready or if it needs replacement parts, software or we need to do some work on the problem that will exceed the standard 90 minutes.

How Much Does a RAD9 Drop-Off Computer Repair Cost?

The standard computer drop-off repair costs just $89 including GST for 90 minutes of diagnostics and repair.

With the following optional items provided for FREE;

• Free update and configuration of your computer's security configuration to make sure that your system is safe

How Does the 'No Fix - No Fee' Work?

Simple. After you drop off your computer, we spend 15 minutes on diagnostics to understand if the problem that the system has is recoverable within the 90 minute package.

We will contact you if we think the problem needs replacement parts or cannot be fixed in the 90 minute period. You will be given the option of either upgrading to an extended repair or you can pick up your computer at no charge.

Extended repair times are priced at $45 per additional hour (after the 90 minutes). No Fix, No Fee policy does not apply to Pickup and delivery charges.

Do You Offer a Pickup & Delivery Service?

Yes but only during business hours. The pricing for pickup and delivery is $15 each way. Please call our helpdesk to find out what the timeframe for a pickup service is in your area.

For a pickup and delivery service you should factor in 4-6 business days in which to get your PC delivered back to you.

Is this a Nationwide Service?

Yes, we are now able to provide a pickup and delivery service nationwide. For areas outside of Auckland, we use an overnight courier service and you should book as soon as possible

Back-Up Your Data First!

Any computer repair work can cause damage to systems or data. We recommend that you back-up any important data or systems before dropping your computer off with us for repairs. We are extremely careful with your computers systems and have highly qualified technicians but cannot guarantee that data will not be effected by repairs.

Computer Drop-off's can be made at our North Harbour or Brisbane offices between 9am and 4pm weekdays and should be booked in advance.

 

Payment terms are cash, Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos or Cheque only (no Eftpos for pickup and delivery service) and computers are returned only after payment is received.Prices listed on this page are inclusive of GST and are in New Zealand dollars. Prices and terms on this page do not apply to onsite repairs at businesses or homes. Some computer repairs take longer than the allocated 90mins and can incur an extra charge.

 

Computer equipment is delivered and stored at owner's risk. RAD9 take no responsibility for damage during transfer or repair of computers. Computer repairs are completed at owner's risk and we recommend that a full backup is completed prior to any computer repairs being conducted.
