The RAD9 RemoteDesk system is a quick and easy way for us to help you by allowing a RAD9 technician to take over your computer over the internet.

To use this service;

Step 1) Please call our helpdesk on 0800 RAD-911 (723-911) in Auckland or 07 3395 4420 in Brisbane and one our consultants will talk you through the process (takes approximately 1 minute to setup).

*Important Note - this service is available only to existing, RAD9 clients and you must call our helpdesk prior to clicking on the link below*
