Pricing, Payment & Delivery

At Rad9 Computer Services we strive to bring you low and competitive prices on all our products. All our pricing is including Freight and excluding GST, however the GST is shown when you view your shopping cart. Also please be aware that the freight prices may vary from time to time due to demand in petrol price increases that is out of our control. We have teamed up with Direct Payment Solution (DPS) and National Bank BuyPoint to make sure payment via the internet is safe and secure. Please note that we can only accept Visa and Mastercard. Delivery of your products is approx within 7-14 days, should this be any different we will contact you.

Stock Availability

As the computer and i.t. industry can change very fast we do our best to update all products daily. If you have placed an order with us and we can not get the exact product/s from any of our suppliers, we can either replace it with something very similar or give you a refund.
