RapidPacks are ideal for SME businesses wanting professional computer support. RAD9 have supported businesses in New Zealand and Australia for over 6 years and our approach has been proven to help customers get the best service available whilst maintaining an affordable and forecasted cost structure. What is a RapidPack?A RapidPack is a package of pre-paid support hours that you purchase at a discounted rate. RapidPacks are purchased on a monthly recurring basis (e.g. 8 hours per month) and provide you with a standard budget for computer support services to use for onsite support, remote support, phone support and workshop repairs. RapidPacks are very similar to prepay mobile phone accounts except with us, your prepaid credits can be carried over to the next month! How RapidPacks WorkPrepaid hours can be used for standard technical support within the current month and if unused, are credited into the following month. If you use up all of the Prepaid hours from your Rapid Pack, you can either purchase another pack (the new Rapid Pack’s hours can be split over the current month and the next month) or further support hours used will be charged at the slightly increased rate (see Additional Hours Rates below).
